Several months ago I bought a bag of miracle gro potting mix and then left it on the side of the house and forgot about it. Today I finally went to use it (bad practice, I know.) I was amazed at what I found... Through the tiny little drip holes in the bag, my st Augustine grass had snuck in and there was a LAWN growing inside the bag. Green, lush, and full, although a little flattened from being crammed in there. Apparently it got enough light through the white backside of the bag!

Now anywhere else, if it had that much moisture it would rot. If it had that little light, it would have died off. I'm just amazed...
