Eggplants...I have 12 eggplants planted in the garden. Two are 'Ponderosa' which has flowers but no fruit yet. The leaves are huge so I have a feeling that it is going to produce large eggplants. There are three 'Kermit' eggplants that I am growing for my friend originally from Laos. She says that it is what she uses in her Asian cooking. The remaining seven plants are 'Orlando'.

The photo is an 'Orlando' eggplant plant:

'Kermit' eggplant fruit are small and round.

Both bush and pole varieties of beans are producing, with the bush beans ahead of the poles, as usual. Forgot to take photos. :(

Susie - You got a look at my post before I was finished! I have grown 'Bounty' in the ground in the past and it did well for me then too. Not only is it producing well but it's producing relatively early compared to my other varieties.
