Shady garden nook plant suggestions

Rhonda

I'm in the process of creating a shady garden nook for someplace to read in the summer. I have a large group of tall trees beside the house that form a circle with an opening in the middle. I thinned the lower branches and pulled up suckers. The soil is pretty decent for Florida since the leaves composted over time.
I plan on having a path through the circle with an area with a garden loveseat. The outside edges will get sun in the morning or afternoon and shade the rest of the day. The interior will be full shade all day. Besides hostas, huechera, caladiums, what other perenials could I use for this site?
I live in the sandhills South of Williston.
Thanks!
