was hoping someone would tell me lol The original is still
hanging in the shadehouse where it climbed through the roof. Flowers almost constanly in that position. have to get on the roof to enjoy the flowers though lol
The stand in the pic is over 12 feet into the guava!!
i also have a stand of these in the queen palms in the background along with 5 other kinds of vandas Following same pattern BUt are only 3 years fantastic growth ,no flowers lol. Figured it was not enough sun but these are getting at least 6 hours a day!! All 5 kinds flower regularly in the shadehouse Wonder what's different this year ?? lol
Tthe moss is a royal pain !!lol Only place it will not grow is buried in the ground lol this is the "native" Tillandsia . have a brazilian species that has gorgeous purple flowers instead of the puny yellow things grows about a third the speed of the native naturally gary
