I'm not an expert, but it's been my experience that after the first robust flush of Spring bloom, they sort of go into a funk due to the heat and humidity of this time of year. They usually recover later - I would prune off the bad stuff and wait for rebloom. Keep a maintenance fertilizer on it (slow release) and hit it with some Neem oil 3 in 1 spray.
