Two days harvest of my salad cukes. A little fresh dill and home grown garlic. Some coarse sea salt, a pinch of pickling spice and a dash of hot red pepper. A few days (5 to 7) at room temp with the lids ajar, and into the fridge. NY style kosher dills.Yes Sir :)
