Possibly if we have a group we can get an even bigger discount.

This is a wonderful sale not to be missed! I have found rare orchids, bananas I have only heard of, cool butterfly plants,tropcals as well as more common butterfl plants, wonderful edibles, the most exotic lovely bird feeders and houses, they even have rain barrels and pond supplies.

If we get a group I will work on seeing if I can get a group tour to Gene Joyners unbelievable acres. Gene is an amazing gardener with many years experience as the Palm Beach County extension agent. He is a warm and kind man who will make your head spin with all his knowledge.

Unfortunately it turns out I'm not going to be able to make the show. We are getting a new guide dog puppy and the school has planned the puppy raiser conference for that weekend! I just found out yesterday and wasn't able to get to the one they had in June and since the puppy could come any time I need to be sure and get to the conference. I hope you guys have a great time and take some pictures!

Tina I am sorry to say it doesn't look good for me going either. I work on Saturdays now and we are so shorthanded I can't convince the boss to let me have the day off. I was off this past week onl because it was approved a long time ago and he still tried to get me to cancel it. I have asked one girl to switch with me but she doesn't know all of my job so I dont now if I can swing it. It is great to be needed but this is getting old.

I'm so sorry. I was really looking forward to it and so was my hubby. I'll be driving back from Palmetto by myself with the puppy so I'm sure it will be an interesting ride!!! LOL

I cancelled my reservation, Laurie. I bought a new TV with the money I saved on plants. :)

Oh wow, enjoy it!

Bummer, I was looking forward to meeting some fellow gardeners...I'm lucky in that I live just north of West Palm and get to go every year. A lot of my plants came from there, my lychee, a mango and some other flowering shrubs. I can say in 10 or so years of going I've not been disappointed even once. I have a ball looking at live plant porn and wind up shlepping multiple bags to the car more than once, lol. Hoping to get there super early for a good parking spot!

WOW Tina I am sad to hear you didn't go either, a new tv sounds sweet tho. I always tell myself I saved a ton after I dont get to go to one of these events. Tropiflora cost me a wee bit. After work yesterday I busied myself in the garden so I wouldn't think of what I might be missing.
