It is pretty big! About the size of a softball or so.

I don't think that it's possible for Broms to rebloom, are you sure it wasn't a pup?

I am pretty sure it wasn't a pup. It's the first Brom I'd ever bought, and it was blooming when I bought it (as usual.) That was around 7 years ago. This plant has also produced many pups of its own.

I don't know enough about them to positively state any more than that.

I guess it's still not done showing off.

Aechmea fasciata - they will occasionally bloom several times.

I have another that's outside and blooming in unison.... awesome. Both are the same age, I'd just forgotten I had two of them.
