Does it flower from a long stem coming from the center??
Mine look a bit different but I've always known them as Callisa fragrans but have no aroma as the name would suggest?? Striking feature is how easy they are to grow lol

Definitely callisa fragrens (spironema) sp?
I have loads of them, and not all flower. But when they do, the fragrance is amazing - mostly in the evening, however.

I haven't been here long enough to notice any flowers. But they do grow like weeds. They propagate much like opuntias...just throw it on the ground and it'll go from there.
