So, are these plant in the ground dates? I wish I could find a schedule for seed planting dates and plant in ground dates. Fla. planting schedule for dummies. ;)

Here is a link to the Go-To source for Florida Gardening.
Print this out for future use.
Table 3C lists a window of months when you can plant.
Then look over at the days to harvest and you can calculate when to expect to eat your veggies.
Most important is the next chart that lists the varieties that do well in Florida.
Stick to their recommendations when just starting to ensure a better chance of success.
No guarantee but you will stand a better chance if you use your zone and varieties suitable for Florida.
