What's the tall plant right behind it (with the key-shaped leaves?)

I wonder if you could hang a pot from under the top and have a vining plant use the top part as a trellis?

tall plant is the plumeria "pudica." going to wire the fountain to an outside light so we can control it from the kitchen.
