In my yard both Gran Nain & Raja Puri flower at about 6 foot (leaves extend a couple feet higher). Last bunch from the GN was about 120 fruits (pictured).

D Nam Wah is one of my Favorites productive and good flavor if you like smaller banana. Fruits at about 6-7 ft

Dwarf red is beautiful and delicious, raja puri is also very good and a super easy grower. Don't bother with any of the superdwarf varieties unless you just want the ornamental value.

I tried many varieties, including Nam Wha and Dwarf Red, but have settled on the Goldfinger. A bit taller plant at about 7 ft - 8 ft, but no long development time like the Reds and twice the size and tastier than the Nam Wha's, ( but still shorter than the common bananas at Walmart ). I rate the Goldfingers the # 1 banana in taste out of them all,..again, just my opinion. A hybrid developed in Honduras, they hit the nail on the head with this one.
Available at many suppliers, I got mine mailed to me from Going Bananas in Homestead. Good luck !
