As another alumnus of the BCC Landscape Tech courses, I can vouch for what Ricky said. David is one of the most knowledgable plantsmen I ever met. He is a natural horticulturist like it is in his genes.

David really likes unusual stuff (often spiny or pointy, the plants that is, not David) but he doesn't lose appreciation for a well grown common variety.

Anna - David didn't tell me the new name. But if you go, based on the address, it's the only nursery in the neighborhood. It was called Trinity Churchside Gardens. But I doubt he's using the same name.

Would probably be nice but I'm at that stage in buying where only very few things will statisfy my ideas. Love to go to nurseries but always come home without what I wanted and others that I have no idea whatt to do with.lol
Of late I've been checking the internet and then have them bring them to the local sales. My last purchase this way was tropiflora, I thought I was being so smart!! I'll get exactly what i want without a lot of running around and hassle. Even more important won't make any impulse buys.lol
I got exactly what II wanted in the size and at the price !!! Guess what two of the orchids are mis marked lol.
Only thing i know for sure is they are NOT what the tag says lol Two more noids for my collection and still don't have the species I wanted. lol
