| I got these as seeds earlier this spring and I cannot get the darned things to bloom at all, I have had them long enough that I already rooted several cuttings and the plants seem pretty healthy although a few have been nibbled on by something but they have no flowers what so ever. My regular 4 'clocks started to bloom as soon as they got about a foot high, what gives. |

| This site says it blooms after the summer monsoon rains, so maybe it needs more water? |
