Name of this weed

This weed grows in a disturbed area of my yard (Lakeland, FL). Leaves are thick, anywhere from 3 to 4 inches long, usually lay flat on the ground in a rosette pattern. Flowers are blue and at the end of a 2 to 4 foot stalk. Blooms all summer then dies back for the winter. Visited frequently by butterflies and wasps. I'm not interested in eradicating it, just want to know the name.

Elephant's foot. Some native nurseries sell it. It grows all over our neighborhood here in Volusia county.

RE: Name of this weed

Thanks Bill. Found it right away on IFIS once you gave me the name.
