You can move it yourself. First, dig the new hole - at least 36" diameter. Next, dig up the Moringa, allowing for at least a 30" root ball. Put it in the new hole and stuff a hose down to the bottom of the hole. Fill the hole with water, rocking the Moringa back and forth to make sure there's no air bubbles trapped underneath. Then backfill with the soil you took out of the hole and water the tree from top to bottom.

For the next 2 weeks, water the tree from top to bottom every day unless it rains. After that, water at least 3 or 4 times a week, unless it rains, for several weeks. You are going to get leaf drop, but you should see new growth in a month or so.

Thanks for that. It will certainly take all my inconsiderable strength to move it myself, but knowing that it stands a good chance to survive transplanting, I may go for it and see what happens. It's not as big today as it was yesterday anyway. Someone was dragging away a huge branch this morning when I went to take out the trash barrel.
