I tried some Malabar seeds and growth was fantastic. My problem is should I just cut off the leaves? This is very time consuming by the way as I eat a great deal of greens or can I cut the top beneath the leaves and see if it will grow back. My first tastes of it reminded me of the Swiss Chard I grew up north so I don't wish to hurt the plants, just find a less labor intensive way to harvest them.
