Since I don't even have a guess for you, I'll just repost the pics for you.

I'm pretty sure it's a Rangoon creeper. They have beautiful
flowers usually in May, sometimes again in mid-summer
and sometimes in early fall. They don't like cold weather
in the winter, but really perk up and grow quickly as soon
as spring weather hits.

I also have Rangoon Creeper in my yard, and your plant is identical, the blooms have a strong apple blossomy smell to them, I love my plant.
