Bad News for Avocados

If you missed this on the news you might want to take a look if you have Avocados, Bay Laurels and Swamp Bay trees.

I lost two bay laurels (all I had) to it a year or so ago but the doc that lives across the street from me lost 40 or so trees. Everywhere you drive here you see them dead. It is very distinctive because even when dead the dried brown leaves stay on the trees for many months.

I see it in the woods when I ride my horses. In jacksonville there are hardly any laurels left.
