Recommended Echinacea please!

Want to try echinacea in my area. Looking for med-tall pink, white and light yellow. Hearing that the hybrids are not very reliable. Suggestions?

RE: Recommended Echinacea please!

I grew a bunch of "purple coneflower" from seeds last year and they were pretty darn tough. I didn't use any seed starting mix or anything... Just straight into potting soil and straitght outside. The petals were definitely more pink than purple. Once it got hot, the spider mites bit them up pretty good but neem oil worked well to keep them under control. Eventually they just got scraggly and gross in their pots after flowering many times and I threw them out. I'm in PSL so they are very growable in your area.
