| Anyone growing this in the Orlando area? If so how does it do for you?
I am looking for a summer dormant groundcover for shady areas. I have a place that is filled with caladiums in summer, and I'd like to have it alternate with some other fill plant during winter. Thought this might be a good choice. Any other suggestions for winter growing plants to fill in the area where caladiums are in summer? |

| Most of the annuals will do good during the winter and die off for the summer. :o) |

| Thanks katkin. I should have been more specific. I am not interested in annuals, they are too much work. I am looking for bulb and perennial plant combinations that give year round interest season after season. I'd love to hear about good or bad experiences people have had with arum italicum - anyone growing it here? |
