Spinosad...and Neem Oil...used alternately as soon as you see the tiny new growths appear since they only attack new growths.

Just be very careful to not spray in full sun or when temps are above 85 degrees...I usually spray them in the very early evening after 6 pm...so it has many hours to dry so the leaves do not burn.

i wish peeps would ask on what plant.. before they start answering ...

are we to presume that this is an evergreen plant...

because if its an annual or deciduous plant.. i dont know why you would need to treat them at all ...
