| My melons turned out good this year. From 3 plants I got eleven ripe melons and ten small ones that I picked for cooking. They were Congo melons and I have grown them before but this time the mature ones all had wrinkled or bumpy skin. Bumpy like goose bumps or pimples and a few lines like on a cantaloupe.
Everything else was normal, color, flesh, taste etc. Any ideas as to why the unusual skin condition? |

| I'll take a guess, maybe weather or cross polination? As long and they tasted good I wouldn't worry about it. |
