Plant ID help

I found this guy growing in a plant that I bought. It looks vaguely familiar, but I am not able to place it.

I potted it up separately and thought I would grow it up. Then i thought maybe I should see what it is first. I hate to spend the time taking care of a noxious weed :-) Not familiar yet with all the local flora or volunteers that can grow up.

Anyone recognize this plant?

thanks

Bill

I have them, they'll pop up in alot of places, but not invasive at all.I think they're really cool with their little black flowers.I bought mine at one of Mounts Botanical Gardens sales. It's a keeper.

Great! and appreciate the help. I agree, it looked pretty cool which is the reason it caught my eye. It was growing in a vanilla orchid I purchased.

DEFINITELY appreciate the help, I never would have been able to figure this one out on my own.

Bill

Ok thanks it's good to know it's not a pest.

I have not idea why my post is showing up twice.
