Hydrangea in trouble

Hello all! I'm completely new to gardening and I need some advice. I've got what I believe to be a hydrangea in trouble. It's pretty upset because it's in a place where there is very poor drainage and very very wet. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to alleviate this by planting some other water loving plants around it or if I should just replant altogether. Any suggestions?

Improve your soil where it is. Dig it up, improve the soil and replant.
