USF Botanical Gardens Fall Plant Sale - Oct 12 & 13

The University of South Florida's Botanical Gardens is having their Fall Plant Festival 2013 on October 12-13. From what I have heard, this is a great plant sale. The flier says that it is "Still the Bay AreaÃ¢ÂÂs Largest Fall Plant Sale".

- Saturday 10 am - 4 pm
- Sunday 10 am - 3 pm

$5.00 General Admission
Children under 12 and USF Botanical Garden Members admitted free

Yes Carol it is a great place to go and see so many exciting crafts and plants ...this will be our 4th year attending

Lucky you! I would love to go... but I was in Tampa too early (last weekend)... part of me wants to sneak back down... maybe I will... only 3.5 hours from Jax... each way... hehehe... Cora? SultryJasmineNights? Zackey? Anyone else from Jax?

I'm heading over tomorrow. I live so close and never went, so it is a good excuse to go.

It's Amazing and a fun trip for any gardener. There are a couple of other plant sales at USF, this one now is by far the largest... a good twice as many vendors as the one in July

Also. for those who didn't know. If you are a member of a botanical garden , such as Selby, you can use your reciprocal membership benefit to get in to the show for free, as well as you can get in the 30 minutes early as a member.

I was able to get in 20 minutes early and scored some cool plants before the crowds.

I went and thought the prices were really good. Got 3 foxtails, a papaya, and a mango tree.
