This weekend! Started yesterday, a good number of vendors, lots of pretty orchids :)
I ran off from my lab (on campus) and came back with a tray of orchids :)
4 dollars to get in, free to members (I got membership, well worth it - gets you in free in Selby and other gardens as well!)

Hi Wanda :) I bought two tolumnias, a big phaius hybrid, and most importantly, cymbidium ensifolium alba...I have been looking for this plant for some time - it is extremely fragrant!!!! |

Olya Which of the Phaius did you get. I got a flava x tank hybrid that has been limping along now for two years. I recently made a bed for terrests beside the shadehouse and I seem to be getting MUCH better growth.!!! Will see what happens when I get that big frost lol. I've been avoiding sales as I NEED to downsize and I always come home with something usually not what I went to the sale for lol Good luck with your new ones gary |

Hi Gary I got Phaius Joan Hart , which is the hybrid tankerville x flavus. I will keep mine in a pot- it is now in soil, but once it is done blooming, I will move it to sphagnum moss |
