While taking my Dad to one of his many Dr visits, I found the parking lot strewn with Plumeria flowers. The problem was I couldn't find the tree. Once I looked up, there it was. Surprise/surprise! This is by Holy Cross in FTL.

Get a load of the trunk on this baby!

too bad I couldn't reach a branch...or officer the branch fell off and into my car. honest.

I never would have made it to the second tree crotch.
I would've had to stand on the mail box and I think that's a Federal offense ;)

wow!! 10-15 yrs old... is my guess. The ones that are surrounded by buildings and concrete and the black top like that, take advantage and usually don't go dormant.

Looks like the infamous Miami Rose!!!
