Tropicalfreak...care to guess the age of this plumie?(pic heavy)

While taking my Dad to one of his many Dr visits, I found the parking lot strewn with Plumeria flowers. The problem was I couldn't find the tree. Once I looked up, there it was. Surprise/surprise! This is by Holy Cross in FTL.

I never would have made it to the second tree crotch.

wow!! 10-15 yrs old... is my guess. The ones that are surrounded by buildings and concrete and the black top like that, take advantage and usually don't go dormant.

Looks like the infamous Miami Rose!!!
