Oh she is beautiful. We had a 120lb male yellow lab when we first came to Fl and he was a gentle giant. :o)

Oh! What a cutie pie! Thanks for helping those that need service dogs. I just met a Vietnam vet today that was unable to leave his house and he was having constant flashbacks. Once he got the service dog, he was able to leave the house in a few days and his flashbacks were gone!

It's a bitter-sweet day when you bring them back. You have to keep the goal of the mission in mind. That is what we work so hard to achieve. Actually, it is harder for me when they don't make it due to a health issue or something and then go out for open adoption!

Zackey, thank you so much for sharing that. That is just ONE of our "why's". This weekend, a blind person told the story of how his guide dog JC stayed with a young boy who was dying of cancer to comfort him in his last hours.........not a dry eye in the house. They are angels bred to love. :)
