Site location for a rose bed?

Would this be a good spot to start a rose bed? (Along the screen) it's on the NW side of my house. I would love to have big, beautiful shrubs. Right now I have a few hybrid tea roses that are pretty sad looking. I don't know how to add more than 1 photo to a post so I'll post it in another thread.
