Leaf footed bugs, they have needle like proboscis which are used to pierce and suck plant juices from leaves or fruit or stems of their favorite host plants. They don't make holes in plants as they feed, at least none that you can see.

Hmmmmm.....maybe I also have something else then. :/ because I definitely have black holes bored through some tomatoes, and spots on peppers that are so thin they are see through. Ugh! Florida!

Some of the damage visible in the above photo looks to me like that of fruitworms/cutworms/armyworms/pickleworms - all caterpillars that feed @ night & hide during the day (sometimes inside the hole they've made). Some has already healed over & won't destroy the fruit - you can just cut it away before using.

Sucking insects damage usually looks like pale sunken spots, not eaten-away holes.

Don't stink bugs take bites out of tomatoes that look like that? I've had both of those bugs on my tomatoes this year.

Zackey, stinkbugs are closely related to leaf-footed bugs and don't (can't) take bites out of anything.

ok. That's the only bugs I really have except an occasion tomato horn worm.
