These are my bluewind broccoli plants, in the front. These plants grow large. As you can see, I have a LOT of broccoli leaves I could use but I also have a lot of different kinds of kale so I really don't need them, that is, unless someone comes up with a good idea. Does anyone know if they make good "chips"?

I always use broccoli leaves as well as the tops - I think the younger leaves taste much better than kale - usually more tender as well.

My fave is to saute chopped broccoli tops, stems & leaves w/ some olive oil, garlic, onions & carrots & serve over pasta w/ parmesan or romano cheese. I season w/ some hot pepper flakes or hot ground chiles.
