If you want strawberries, I wouldn't pick off the flowers :)

I'm growing for the farmers market, so I'm trying to weigh out when I'll get my big crop. Anyone know?

My plants are very small, but flowering like crazy!

You're in a colder zone that I am (I live in St. Pete which is 9b/10a) and probably have to worry more about freezes. However, last year, I put my plants in around the end of October and got my first berry Dec 10. They produced from then until May and the heaviest crop was from late January through early March. This year I got them in a few weeks earlier and the first couple of berries are forming now. Since strawberries are annuals here, I wouldn't think you would pinch off blossoms because you are trying to maximize production within one season. I'm not sure if you can increase later production by making the plant wait.
