Wow, tough one. First I was going to say citronella till I saw the close up and that was ruled out. Now I'm wondering if it could be in fern leaf tansy family? If all else fails, the plant id forum...

Think kayjones has it ,selaginella. good luck with finding the specific specie , There are just short of a gazillion kinds lol. I grow five kinds and always amazed at how different it can look by just varying the culture method . goodluck gary |

| I have one that vines and one that doesn't, but no specific species name on the tags. |
