Help keeping animals out of garden

Something is eating off all my vegetables (the ones I like of course, not the ones I don't care for). I have put down human hair and that didn't make a difference. Any help would be appreciated. Anyone ever tried spraying with neem oil?

Have you tried hot pepper powder, or old hot peppers near these other plants? This usually deters most mammals.

First step is to figure out what is doing the damage. If you know a hunter see if they have a trail cam you can set up.
