Tomato question/problem

Can anyone tell me what happened or is happening to these two tomatoes? There are the first two Big Rainbow tomatoes that have turned red and you can see some sort of rot or something on the tops of them. I checked all the other green ones on the vine and they don't show this yet.

Thanks

Are the leaves also affected? Look at the images below to see if that is the problem, I am sure the fruit is fine for eating after cutting the top.

I know some tomato varieties are prone to cracking - you'll sometimes see cracking mentioned in seed catalog descriptions.

Are they watered from overhead? Rain? Sometimes water getting into cracks can do that.

I'm w/Silvia, just cut it off - the rest looks fine.
