variegated astilbe collage

Here's a group of foliage closeups from an astilbe I found at the nursery yesterday. I believe it to be a variegated mutation of Astilbe simplicifolia 'Jacqueline' as it is dwarf and I can see pink flower buds. It was labeled 'Jacqueline'. Its possibly diseased, but doesn't strike me as such. It is very full and bushy, isn't missing leaves, has very very few crispy edges which aren't connected with the mottled patches and just one or two yellow wilty leaves at its base. The effect is subtle. I'm hoping it will sport something more dramatic or that I can grow a better one from its seed. I'm also going to try growing it in more sun to see if that brings out the variegation more.
