Heuchera/Heucherella - when to plant?

Hello all!

I picked up some Heucheras (Amethyst Myst, Strawberry Candy, and Green Spice) and a heucherlla (Sunspot) at the nursery this weekend. I am in zone 7, but we still might have a few dips under freezing (but probably not by much & only for a few days). Currently, they are in my plant room which is around room temp (74-75 degrees F). In your opinion, would it be better to plant them out now & cover if it is going to get below freezing or to keep them in for another month or so till all danger of frost disappears. I guess I am just not real sure just how hardy they are (especially since they will not have had time to establish root systems). I hate to keep them in the pots (I am afraid I might kill them before I plant them out - isn't that sad!) and wanted to give them a head start if possible.

Thanks for your help.
