| Can anybody tell me how to divide a smilax plant? Its delicate leaves and fast growth and propensity to "reach out" into the air make it more of a showpiece than I would have thought, and even easier to add to a bouquet. |

| If you divide it as you would something tough such as a Hosta. Brute force (garden fork/s and leverage)...or a sharp knife. I'm guessing you're growing it outdoors being in zone 9. You can also grow it from seeds or cuttings. |
