Grasses - Which Forum?

| Am I in the right place? There is no grass forum. I'm interested in knowing how to care for Elijah Blue. I have had several for a few years and they nearly died - wrong site - so they've been moved to 3/4 day sun but I don't know if they need to be on the dry side or kept constantly moist or aren't particularly keen either way. And how do I make them fuller - like they were when I got them from the nursery? Which fertilizer? I just composted the site with cotton burr - maybe that'll help?
