I know fuchsias are really hard to keep indoors because they need a lot of humidity; you would probably get lots of good advice on the fuchsia forum. Maybe near the ceiling would be too warm too - why not put it outside now that it's warmer? Good luck with it!

Put it outside in the shade - no more than 1 hour of full sun per day; keep it evenly moist. They hate to dry out. With the humidity we have from the lake you should be fine. Mine died last year because I let them try out once and they got gnats. I tried to keep them going but apparently I kept them just alive enough to help the gnats. Fuschia seem to be very fussy and I don't know many people around here that are able to keep them happy. (Please don't email me with advice all of you that are about to argue I am merely making a statement.) :)
