my plant will not grow larger

I have an indoor plant that is green and red in color. Red underneath and green on top. It has three triangle leaves that actually close up into a triangle in the evening (out of the light). I don't know what kind of plant this is and I don't know how to make it grow more full. Does anyone know the type of plant and how to make it grow?
