Polyscias?

Thanks for your help but I deepened my search and found pretty much that this plant is Ficus pumila 'Snowflake'. I am still wondering why there seem to be no means for this plant to climb. Still its's a bright cheerful plant but difficult for me to propagate. Doesn't seem to want to develop any roots after more than a month or two.

Great job! You may want to ask about propagating it in the houseplant forum.
