I copied and pasted this in my files:

Dry them a few days,place in a box with a handful of barely damp peat moss. I check them periodically through the winter. some will rot, but for the most part I always have enough to start in the spring.

To start them, I put some sand in the bottom of a container, then lay the potatoes in, then more sand. Leave a small portion of potato showing. Add water to top of potatoes, and place on a heating pad set on low. As soon as you have a good sized plant, pull it off the potato and plant.

well, it must be because of my zone. I let them die and they come back with me doing nothing. I use mine as groundcovers. I promise, I'm not bragging. LOL

Well, thus far, I'm overwintering mine w/a cutting....we'll see! I'm hoping that I'll luck out w/vossner, and see mine come back next year in the garden! Wouldn't that be a wonderful lark?
