Winter Indoor Rig

Just got some seeds in the containers for a winter harvest. This is my first time attempting a winter crop, and using additional light.

I have four 23 Watt daylight flo lights, as the "sunroom" is south facing and we live in Washington. I also have a soil warming cord in the box and the whole setup on a 14 hour timer. The box I built is 4'x8"x8" cedar. Seems that I could have done a better job mixing an indoor soil mix, but hopefully the all purpose potting soil will do fine.

I planted seeds of Spinach, Basil, Mint and Sage. The Parsley is still good from this summer. But my Oregano is barely coming back from the close trim in the fall.

I would love to actually get some starts to begin with, but in WA in Jan, i think thats impossible. Any comments or concerns are totally welcome! Thanks!
