Four Season Vegetable Gardening

Hi everyone,

Just wondering for those of you who use drip irrigation on lasagna beds, so you put the lines under your top layer of mulch or lay them on top? If you've planted through layers of newspaper, do the plants get enough water if the lines are laid on top of the newspaper? Thanks!

mine are under the mulch. more efficient that way.
