transplating broccoli, kholrabi and kale

I have some strong seedlings that I am preparing to harden off, and I wanted to see if any of you have advice on proper soil temperature and conditions for transplanting these crops.
Currently, soil temp is about 38 in a raised bed. I have plastic over it to aid warming, and after transplanting I plan to use row cover until the nights warm up a bit more.
I've never tried to plant these crops so early, so any advice is appreciated!
