Eating a Chef Salad with lettuce out of my garden

Very simple construction - yet still it works exceptionally well. I had a chef salad for dinner and the lettuce was from the bounty of my garden. I think its all about the little bit of extra heat saved under the plastic and the humidity stays more constant as the winds cant dry it out as easily. I think it is too cool.

Lovely! Wish I had something similar....I may get a cold frame together with some windows I got in the garage....but still may not get to it....
