Four Season Vegetable Gardening

what now?!

My snap beans are almost done for the season. I would like to utilize the garden space or another veggie., possibly for a fall harvest. Any suggestions on what would grow well? They share a bed with potatoes,peas and onions, (The beans are in three tee-pees, the onions and potatoes are in rows next to the tee-pees))The entire bed is mulched with straw. It gets lots of morning sun then filtered afternoon sun. I was thinking some carrots..maybe more onions? Or cabbages and broccoli. Thoughts? Oh, I'm in the Denver suburbs. Thanks :)

ANY KNOW WHAT PLANT IS THIS ?
This plant is in my garden for about 2 years, it stays green during the winter and put out purple flowers during summer the flower come out in the morning and close up in the evening..

Pretty whatever it is. Crab Grass, I am in a totally different zone than you. I would go to the local agricultural center and ask or google vegetable growing guide for your zone.

You don't list your zone so it is hard to tell you what to plant. Here it is time to plant collards. When it cools down here it will be time to plant broccoli and cauliflower.
