question about growing indoors

I am moving in August and taking my potted veggies with me.

THe place I am in now has a back porch that my plants grow on. The place I'm moving to does not have a balcony, only an enlosed solarium.

I have many flowers and tropicals, and I'm not worried about them. I'm worried about my tomatoes, peppers, and herbs.

Will they grow in an enclosed environment? THere are 2 small screened windows I can open for air, and I can put a fan on. The light is good, as it's on the 10th floor with no other buildings blocking the light. Good western exposure (should get a 7 hours light at least).

I've never grown veggies indoors. Will they still fruit? Do they need a polinator? Can I hand polinate?

Also, will these things keep growing all winter indoors (tomatoes/peppers) or will they die after they fruit?

Thanks

Rachael
